Anazole (Anastrozole 1 mg) – Product Information
When a man uses anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS), certain compounds will aromatize into estrogen. The main culprits that will do this are all testosterone esters, such as: Testosterone Cypionate, Testosterone Enanthate, Dianabol, Deca Durabolin, and less so Boldenone (EQ). If estrogen isn’t inhibited by using an aromatase inhibitor, then high-estrogen side effects can occur. The most well-known side effect is gynecomastia or what is known commonly as “gyno”, “bitch tits” or “man breasts”. A man may notice a lump forming within his breast(s) – or under the nipple area; if not treated quickly, this can require serious surgery to remove. The lesser known but very serious side effects are caused by water retention, which can give a bloated or “full” look. Extra water weight to your body or face (commonly called “moon face” for its round or full look) can ruin a nice physique by making a person look fat. Internally, carrying around extra water weight will strain the body’s lipids across the board. A person can expect a rise in blood pressure, heart strain, and loss in energy. Also, high estrogen can affect libido.
Generic Arimidex (Anazole Tablets) is an aromatase inhibitor which is used for adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer. First-line treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive or hormone receptor unknown locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer and treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women with disease progression following Tamoxifen therapy.
Due to the fact that Generic Arimidex tablets act as anti-estrogens, this medication is used offlabel by male bodybuilders as part of their Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) to restore the natural level of testosterone in the body, so that they can avoid the undesirable effects of estrogen such as gynecomastia that can become apparent at the end of a steroid cycle.
Anazole tablets are manufactured by Alpha-Pharma Healthcare, India in the strengths of 1 mg of Anastrozole. We also have in stock Aromex Tablets (Exemestane) which is also used to treat the same indications.

Uses of Generic Arimidex (Anazole by Alpha-Pharma)
Anastrozole (Anazole tablets) is used in women who have finished menopause for treatment of early breast cancer. It is used in the following areas:
• after surgery, with or without radiation
• in women whose breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive
• first treatment of locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in women whose breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive or the hormone receptors are not known
• treatment of advanced breast cancer, if the cancer has grown, or the disease has spread after tamoxifen therapy
Anastrozole does not work in women with breast cancer who have not finished menopause (premenopausal women). We supply Anazole by Alpha-Pharma which is also known as Generic Arimidex. It contains the active ingredient Anastrozole 1mg.
Uses of Anastrozole in Bodybuilding Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)
The main advantage in using Generic Arimidex (Anazole tablets) over a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM), like Tamoxifen (Nolvadex), during Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) in professional bodybuilding is that Anastrozole, the active ingredient present in Generic Arimidex tablets blocks the Aromatase enzyme; thereby, it prevents the production of Estrogen in the first place.
Arimidex side effects are not so severe as compared to Aromatase Inhibitors like Letrozole tablets, which has a a lot of side effects; the most common being erectile dysfunction. Although estrogen is well known as a female hormone, men still require it in their bodies.
The purpose of Estrogen in men is for hormonal balance an in addition it helps them gain muscle and strength. Due to the above fact Letrozole, a harsh Aromatase inhibitor that destroys almost all estrogen, is not always the best choice to achieve hormonal balance after completion of the steroid cycle. On the other hand, this is where Generic Arimidex (Anastrozole 1 mg tablets) stands out, as it is a mild Aromatase inhibitor that will not destroy the estrogen levels in men, and the bodybuilders can be more hormonally balanced.
Generic Arimidex (Anazole Tablets) – Dosage
The recommended dosage of Generic Arimidex tablets (Anazole) is one 1 mg tablet taken once daily.
Dosages of arimidex will vary from person to person. This is why blood work is essential to finding the perfect balance. One should start out at half a mg every other day and adjust as needed for the cycle. Some AAS users will not use an AI (aromatase inhibitor) at first but they will have it on hand just in case. This isn’t always a good idea, as once you start noticing gyno or excessive water weight it could be too late to reverse. Since AAS will continue building in the body and aromatize (steroids turning into estrogen), taking arimidex at this point would be like trying to stop a car already in motion.
General dosages for men: 0.5mgs per day or every other day. Remember, it’s steroid dose dependent.
